El arquitecto americano Neil Denari ha diseñado HL23, un edificio de apartamentos de Nueva York.

HL23 es el primer edificio independiente del notable teórico Neil Denari, y es por tanto, en muchos aspectos, un proyecto de especial interés para la ciudad de Nueva York.







El diseño vanguardista se convertirá en realidad gracias a siete excepciones, que se conceden por única vez, al derecho de zonificación de la Ciudad de Nueva York del Departamento de Planificación, y el edificio ya está previsto que se convierta en un hito en el corazón del distrito de West Chelsea.





Construido para la LEED Gold Certification, la firma de normas ambientales, el edificio estará destinado en su totalidad a museo de exposición.

HL23 is noted theorist Neil Denari’s first freestanding building and quite a special project for New York City in many respects.
The avant garde design will become reality thanks to seven separate one-time exceptions to zoning law by the City of New York’s Department of Planning, and the building is already expected to become a landmark in the heart of the West Chelsea district.









Built to LEED Gold Certification environmental standards, it will be the subject of an entire museum exhibition.
