La apertura y la dinámica configura el diseño de la nueva sede de la EDC.

La diversificación de la estructura crea una emocionante edificio "icónico" y una silueta escultórica. Al mismo tiempo se genera un edificio transparente y abierto, que puede ser descubierto e interpretado desde todos los ángulos. El nuevo edificio está hecho de un frente claro, que forma una entrada impresionante. A los lados las áreas más privadas avivarán las estructuras y formas de los tribunales. Estas funcionan como áreas comunes y zonas de comunicación. La inclusión y la integración de las características topográficas de la nueva construcción está ligada al paisaje. La fachada horizontal refuerza esta forma y pone de relieve las cualidades del edificio, la apertura y la dinámica que representan.

Offenheit und Dynamik prägen den Entwurf für das neue EDC Headquarter. Die Auffächerung des Baukörpers schafft eine spannende, “ikonenhafte” und skulpturale Gebäude silouette. Gleichzeitig entsteht ein transparentes und offenes Gebäude, welches aus jedem Blickwinkel neu entdeckt und interpretiert werden kann. Der Neubau bildet eine klare Front aus, die einen repräsentativen Eingang bildet. Zu den Seiten, den privateren Zonen, fächert sich der Baukörper auf und bildet Höfe aus. Diese dienen als Aufenthaltsbereiche und Kommunikationszonen. Durch die Aufnahme und Integration der topografischen Gegebenheiten ist der Neubau mit der Landschaft verknüpft. Die horizontale Fassadengestaltung unterstützt diese Einpassung und unterstreicht die Qualitäten des Gebäudes, Offenheit und Dynamik zu repräsentieren

Openness and dynamics shaping the design for the new EDC headquarters. The diversification of the structure creates an exciting "iconic" building and sculptural silouette.
